The famous Ben Gebert of Nini+Ben hard at work in Buffle Bear Studios in NYC. We’re almost done with “Good Love” just gonna add a pedal steel courtesy of Dillon Anthony then mix the damn thing. Enjoy world, remember its not finished but soon will be. Love peace and chicken grease.

I overheard a great conversation between to guys in a cafe today. One was about to get get married and the other giving him advice. The one who was getting married was concerned about weather he was doing the right thing etc but his friend reassured him saying: “The one thing that will annoy a women most is a man at rest.” I thought this was hysterical because nothing could be more true. He then went on to say.”By all means, sit back have a beer and watch tv just keep a srew driver handy so when she walks into the room just pick something up and pretend like you’re fixing it.” What a genius.

We just recorded this last night at Buffle Bear Studios in Brooklyn. It’s unfinished but I just wanted to see what everyone thinks. Nini of Nini+Ben was kind enough to sing of the choruses which really brings a lot. Also my good friend Dillon Anthony will putting some pedal steel down soon as well as some light drums and bass. Many thanks to everyone who came out to the Kennedy Center the other night and to those who caught it online. It was a great gig and meant very much to me. So thank you all. I also apologize to those who didn’t get a cd, I promise to get one to you soon. Anyway, this is my first official blog post. I Never thought I’d be doing this but yet here I am.
How great was the band? All those dudes are great in their own right but together they we amazing. So if you have not had a chance to hear them and me yet check us out.Were on at about 30:30. Also special thanks to Owen Danoff for sharing the stage he was fantastic. So see you again soon DC. Very soon.
